(1) If any other voter against the voter whose name is included in the voter list published in accordance with rule 5 wants to file a complaint, he can file a complaint at the office of the relevant election officer on the date, time and place specified when the list is published. (2) Complaint in accordance with sub-rule (1) After the expiry of the time, the Election Officer shall prepare a list of registered complaints and publish it in his office. While publishing the notice in this way, the person against whom the complaint has been filed must also mention in the notice according to the rule the necessary proof or explanation to refute the complaint within the specified period.
